Megan MacDonald, MSc, BEd
Megan has over 17 years experience in project management, project implementation, and facilitation with demonstrated action-focused outcomes working in the non-profit & social service industry. She is passionate about helping people, groups, and organizations achieve their goals. Some of Megan’s areas of focus include in-person and virtual group facilitation, teaching and equipping others, accreditation preparation, and policy development. As a developmental services consultant, with a focus on Person Directed Planning and Support, Megan supports organizations to transform their services and systems. She works directly with people and their families to plan for and achieve a full and meaningful life, while providing information and assistance to more easily navigate the system. Amanda Macdougall, MBA
Amanda began her professional career in the developmental services sector and moved into management with Ontario Public Service and Government Funded Agencies. She is driven by seeing strong leadership in action, the power of collaboration, and helping others to succeed. As an experienced People Organizer, Amanda brings over 20 years of Human Resources and management experience in the public and not-for-profit sectors. With broad leadership experience in Stakeholder Management, Economic Development, Social Services and Human Resources, she brings an understanding of complex work environments and the need to work collaboratively to solve problems and make progress. Her leadership experience on various volunteer boards of directors over the past 20 years has provided opportunities to guide & support program and policy development, strategic planning development and implementation, governance and change management. Donna Jean Forster, BTh
Donna Jean has over 25 years experience in the non-profit sector with most of those at the management and executive level. She has led organizations in the community social services, faith, education and violence against women sectors. She has extensive experience in social enterprise development, collaboration and collective impact, community development and organizational growth. Donna Jean is a skilled non-profit leader and exceptional strategic thinker with so many years wearing all the hats required in small organizations there is nothing she has not seen before. She has led organizations and projects that are national in scope as well as projects and organizations whose work is focused locally in a community or municipality. Her areas of expertise include strategic operational planning, financial management and strategic bookkeeping, government reporting, grant writing and organizational development as well as workshop facilitation. She has a proven track record of streamlining systems to reach organizational goals of increased effectiveness and efficiency. In addition to being part of the MADJ team, her freelance consulting practice focuses on assisting small non-profits with fund development, strategic financial management, creating efficient operations, grant writing and management, policy development and executive functions.
